Plavi Dunav Releases New CD

The Plavi Dunav Tamburitzans of Mt. Olive, Illinois have released their second album. The new
CD contains 21 songs with 9 of the songs composed by their accordion player, Ray Slapak, in
addition to many old favorites. Plavi Dunav was organized in 1949 and still is actively playing
music today, with Ray Slapak the only remaining original band member. Other members of the
band are Dave Dopuch, Ted Dragovich and Mark Odorizzi.
