These beautiful costume prints, which measure 8.75 x 11.75, were created by the famous Croatian illustrator, Vladimir Kirin (1897-1982). In excellent condition and suitable for framing, they are from the collection entitled, NARODNE NOSNJE JUGOSLAVIJE and were originally published during the 1950's. They were purchased in antique bookstores in Zagreb during the '70's by ZIVILI Dance Company. These are much sought-after costume plates and are especially precious finds not only to those interested in folklore and ethnology, but also to those sons and daughters of Croatian immigrants who treasure their very rich folk heritage.
