So what did folks do in Croatia to pass the time, in the days before computers, cell phones, and all other electronic devices? Well, many of them CREATED, and they created gorgeous pieces from materials they had on hand, using tea as their predominate dye. They crocheted, they embroidered, they wove. And we are the fortunate beneficiaries of their incredible handiwork. Heart of Croatia is very proud to present these one-of-a-kind, spectacular pieces from past generations. These are our time-honored legacies from a long-ago, simpler time. 

These amazing, handmade crocheted pieces came to us directly from one of our favorite families in Croatia. These elegant pieces were all lovingly made by various persons within this family, who cared for each and every piece offered here.
