The members of "Hrvatski Obicaj" would like to thank all of those who supported us since we began in March of 2007.

We play because we enjoy the music. As kids many of us learned from the best in the business, Don Lipovac. He has been a musical inspiration for many and we all feel fortunate to have him in our lives. Today, we strive to continue this legacy by bridging the gap between young and old and to simply share the love we have for our Croatian Traditions! Recent immigrants infuse a new energy as they share a deep connection to their homeland, having fought in the recent homeland war so that their passion is richer still.

It seems surreal that we got our start on a short bus ride from St. Louis to Kansas City after attending a C.F.U. Adult Tamburitza Festival. The commitment, dedication, desire, sheer joy and passion each of us holds in our hearts is what connects us forever in this journey. As this CD was a labor of love, we hope that you enjoy it, continue to support our endeavors and may you carry the spirit of Croatia all around the world with you as you listen to our music!
