*ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED BY U.S. PRIORITY MAIL, which under normal circumstances, is usually a 2-3 day service to most U.S. destinations. Every attempt will be made to ship orders in USPS Flat Rate Boxes at a lower cost, where appropriate.

Well, when we ship to you using Priority Mail or Express Mail packages that now meet higher environmental standards,
it means that tons of carbon equivalent emissions are being prevented...

*For delivery costs outside of the continental U.S., you will be billed for the postage rate that applies, in addition to a small handling fee.

*Canadian customers should let us know if they want their orders shipped by UPS (more expensive but can be tracked) or by U.S. Mail (less expensive but with no tracking number).

*Please note that we are no longer accepting foreign checks.

*No item that is shrink-wrapped and has been opened, including CD's, may be returned.

*For most returned items, there will be a re-stocking fee charged of $5 for each item.

*No damaged or soiled items may be returned unless otherwise agreed to by a representative of "Heart of Croatia" Gifts.
