American-Croatian photographer, Maria Werries, is a native of Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in Multimedia Design from American University. Her true passion is travel photography. During the summer of 2007, Maria traveled with her parents to explore Croatia, where her grandmother Evka Valic was born.
