Josip Generalic, who died in 2004, is the son of the Master of Naïve Art in Croatia, Ivan Generalic. This graphic is first hand-printed on a paper using a large press and a copper-plate in black and white, a medieval technique that was first developed by Albrecht Durer during the 15th century. The artist then applies water colours to paint these exquisite, one-of-a-kind, original works of art.
